Turf Maintenance |

- The turf shall be cut at a height of 2.5” to 3.5” as conditions dictate. Mowing will permit recycling of clippings where possible while allowing a neat appearance. Excess clippings shall be removed.
- The turf adjacent to the planting beds, sidewalks, and drive will be trimmed to present a neat appearance.
- All paved areas will be blown off of excess clippings after each cutting.
Mowing is charged on an per occurrance basis, and is estimated at 32 occurrences per season

6 Step Turf Care Program |

Hut's Landscape Services will supervise the implementation of a 6-step turf application
program. This program is developed to promote a healthy green turf throughout the
season.
- Step 1 of 6-Step Lawn Care Program (early Spring)
Apply Crabgrass pre- emergent, broadleaf weed control and fertilizer to all turf areas
- Step 2 of 6-Step Lawn Care Program (Late Spring)
Apply Crabgrass pre- emergent, broadleaf weed control and fertilizer to all turf areas
- Step 3 of 6-Step Lawn Care Program (Early-Summer)
Apply Post emergent Crabgrass control, fertilizer and surface insect control to all turf areas
- Step 4 of 6-Step Lawn Care Program (Late-Summer)
Apply broadleaf weed control, fertilizer and surface insect control to all turf areas
- Step 5 of 6-Step Lawn Care Program (Early Fall)
Apply broadleaf weed control and fertilizer to all turf areas
- Step 6 of 6-Step Lawn Care Program (Late Fall)
Apply winterize fertilizer to all turf areas

Irrigation System Management |
|
Hut's Landscape Services will schedule and supervise the spring start-up and winterization of your irrigation
system as outlined below. Any damages or repairs needed throughout the season will be addressed upon
written authorization on a time and material basis.
Spring Start-up
- Pressurize the system
- Check to see if all spray heads are functioning properly
- Re-adjust spray heads for adequate coverage if needed
- Turn on and set timer
Fall Winterization
- Blow out the system removing all water from lines
- Disconnect timer

Shrub Bed Maintenance |
|
Each week we will perform the following service to insure your property maintains a neat appearance
- All beds shall be monitored for weeds once a week throughout the season and will be manually removed
- All planting beds will be monitored weekly for debris, of which will be removed from siteCheck to see if all spray heads are functioning properly
This service is charged on an per occurrance basis, and is estimated at 32 occurrences per season

Shrub and Tree Pruning |
|
We will schedule to prune your plant material 2 times per season. Generally the plants will be pruned mid-late
June and in mid to late August. Emphasis will be given to maintaining the natural shape of the plant material
|
Full Service Weed Control |
|
Hut's Landscape Services will supervise the implementation of a full season weed control to all stone, paver,
and or shrub beds throughout the property. This service will provide a pre-emergent weed control, targeting
weed seeds prior to their germination, and will include monitoring the property periodically throughout the
season to control weeds after germination. (This includes 3 scheduled applications with unlimited re-treatment if
necessary) This service will be billed during the first billing period. Note: All weed control close to plant
material will be monitored and removed manually as discussed under shrub bed maintenance.

Tree and Shrub Fertilization |
|
Fertilize all plant material using a slow release granular fertilizer to enhance plant growth. We will fertilize the
plants 3 times per season. ( spring, summer, and fall)
|
Spring Clean up |
|
A general spring clean up would be performed to remove debris accumulated throughout the dormant season.
At this time any shrubs, perennial, or grasses will be pruned as needed prior to the growing season. All leaves,
branches, and other debris will be cleaned
|
Mulching |
|
A manual re-edging of all shrub beds and fence lines adjacent to turf areas to develop a clean edge which will
be maintained throughout the growing season.
Install Hardwood mulch to enhance moister retention around the plants, while creating a neat appearance.

Annual Flower Installation |
|
Summer annual installation: Install summer annuals in late may-early June
Fall annual flower installation: Install fall flowers in mid September
Spring bulb installation: Install spring bulbs in mid-late November.

Fall Clean up |
|
A general fall clean up would be performed to remove debris accumulated throughout the autumn season. At
this time any shrubs, perennial, or grasses will be pruned as needed prior to their dormant season. All leaves,
branches, and other debris will be removed from site. This service will be charged as a single service; however,
we may need to perform multiple clean ups depending on the property.
